Dev10 is proud to announce that Tara Wyborny, Vice President of Talent Development, has been named one of Twin Cities Business’ 2025 Notable Leaders in Recruitment & Talent.  

The award honors Wyborny’s work in growing the technology workforce and helping people start careers in tech. 

Building the Next Generation of Tech Talent

Wyborny co-created Dev10 in 2018 to meet the rising demand for software developers and data engineers. She introduced a “hire-train-deploy” model that gives early-career professionals the skills they need, then connects them with employers.  

Since the program began, more than 1,600 people have launched their careers through Dev10. 

Twin Cities Business recognized Wyborny for building programs that help companies grow their tech teams. Her work has opened doors for people from all backgrounds and created new pathways into technology careers. 

“This award isn’t just a personal milestone. It reflects the incredible work happening at Dev10,” Wyborny said. “We believe talent is everywhere. When people get the right training and support, they can change their lives and make a big impact on their companies and communities.” 

Wyborny works directly with companies to build custom training programs that match their needs. She also speaks out about the value of skills-based hiring and continues to lead Dev10’s growth in new areas like AI and cloud tools.
