Jennifer Turnquist, Vice President, Client Development, was named one of 2026's Notable Women in STEM by Twin Cities Business.

Turnquist leads client development at Dev10, working directly with organizations to understand what technical skills their teams need and where gaps exist.

Aligning Talent Development with Business Needs

Client input helps shape the training and certification programs developed by Turnquist and her team through Dev10, aligning talent development with real-world business needs.

The program develops early-career technology talent in high-demand areas. It combines technical training with project-based experience and prepares associates for delivery roles.

That work has led to the expansion of training and certification programs in areas such as Salesforce and Snowflake.

“This honor reflects the incredible teams I get to work with every day,” Turnquist said. “STEM careers can change lives and strengthen communities. I’m grateful for the chance to help open doors and make those opportunities easier to reach.”

Her work focuses on building long-term solutions that help organizations grow their teams while creating new opportunities in technology.

“Jennifer doesn’t just open the door for women in STEM,” said Angie Brekke, President. “She builds the system behind the door so more women can walk through it, thrive and advance.”
