Fewer than 2% of all staffing agencies in the U.S. and Canada earn the Best of Staffing designation for Client Satisfaction. Pretty impressive, isn’t it? ## **How clients rate Dev10** ![Dev10 received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 77.6% from our clients, significantly higher than the industry average of 36% in 2023.](https://www.dev-10.com/hs-fs/hubfs/2024%20Social%20Media%20and%20Insights/2024%20Dev10%20NPS%20score_Client.jpg?width=800&height=413&name=2024%20Dev10%20NPS%20score_Client.jpg) Now, you may be wondering how an NPS score is calculated. To start with, you ask clients to rate you on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the highest rating. Then you take the percentage of clients who rate you with a 9 or 10 (the promotors) and subtract the percentage of clients who rate you with a 1 to 6 (the detractors). We’re also excited to report that our score has improved year-over-year. Last year, we had an NPS of 76.5%, so we climbed 1.1 percentage points. We’re committed to our clients and are working hard to see our score climb even higher next year!
